Brown”The frame maker’s location in San Jose adds provenance to the painting as ADM Cooper established an elaborate studio in San Jose in 1883.The painting depicts a vidid sunset over a riverside landscape with sailboats. Very good. 1/8” tiny loss to paint lower center on one of the rocks near the water. No evidence of restoration or infill under UV light.
