Two outstanding 3 piece pitcher and bowl sets, each with large bowl, large pitcher, and a smaller ewer for rinsing. The first set is by Clementson Brothers, England, and is in the Sweet Pea pattern. It is so marked on the large pitcher and the bowl. Size: The small ewer is 6 inches tall and 4 inches across in the middle. The large pitcher is 12 inches tall and 9 1/2 wide at the handle. The bowl is 5 inches deep and 16 inches across at the rim. The second set is especially handsome and well-shaped, in yellow and white with cherry blossoms on panels between, along with small panels of checkerbord patterns. They are made by Soho Pottery Limited, Cobridge, England, have an Imperial crown mark, and are marked "Semi-Porcelain." Sizes: the small ewer is 5 7/8 inches tall and 3 3/4 wide. The large pitcher is 11 inches tall and 9 inches across at the handle. The bowl is 5 inches deep and 16 inches across at the rim. Both sets are in excellent condition. The second set has minor fading to the pattern on the bowl on one side, probably from exposure to sunlight.
