Moro Barung / Barong with white stars inlaid into scabbard and unusual dog head pommel. This is more than likely a Philippine Victory Knife, which were made for US servicemen at the end of world war two after the liberation of the Philippines.
Dimensions: 23.5" long overall, 16.25" blade.
