Two NASCAR commemorative bowie knives. one for Dale Earnhardt by Frost Cutlery with a wooden stand and the other a Case XX for both Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty on a mirrored wall plaque with stand.
The Frost Cutlery knife has a fine hardwood grip, brass pommel and surgical steel blade. The blade has a portrait of Earnhardt, with crossed checkered flags, and "6 Time Winston Cup Champion THE INTIMIDATOR 1980 - 1986 - 1987 - 1991 - 1993." It is number 1271 of a limited edition. It has a wooden stand with an inscription similar to that on the blade, and is in its shipping box. The knife is in a hand-tooled brown leather sheath (Knife is 11.25-inches long with a 6.5-inch blade. The stand is 15-inches long).
Case XX Bowie Knife & Sheath on a mirrored wall plaque with portraits of Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty on it. The knife is a very fine Case XX bowie knife number 88 of a limited edition, with stag grip, brass guard, and Case XX U.S.A. Bowie on the blade near the ricasso. The blade is decorated with portraits of Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty with facsimile signatures, and two large 7s each with the years of their respective seven wins. The knife has a fine brown leather sheath with a basket weave pattern. The knife and plaque are in their shipping box (Knife is 14.5-inches long with a 9.5-inch blade. The plaque is 13 by 18-inches with a depth of 4.5-inches).
