T.S. Sullivant was an American cartoonist whose work frequently appeared in late 19th-century to early 20th-century magazines. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts with Thomas Eakins. In 1886, his work started appearing in small independent magazines until he slowly climbed his way into more notable names like LIFE and Judge.
