A Martially marked Starr Double action revolver in .44 caliber that has had a pistol carbine butt stock added to it. The stock is marked US but appears to be a reproduction. The Starr appears to be original in every way, and there are inspector's cartouches on both sides of the grips. Size: 22 3/4 inches long overall, with a 6 inch barrel. Shipping: $55.00. The Starr revolver functions well, but has a black patina overall. There are areas of heavy pitting on the barrel and frame. The grips are very good, and the markings are clear. The butt stock is modern, and has number of minor usage dents. It is not clear how it detaches from an otherwise completely original pistol. The pistol's action is very good. There is a hole in the butt for a lanyard ring.
