Large and excellent porcelain figure of a young woman just rising on her feet to join the dance, holding a fan painted with dragonflies. She is in white porcelain, but her dress and fan and shoes are delicately painted with flowers and dragonflies. When lit, she glows from below her fan, illuminating her face. She stands by a short pillar that is also painted and has a wreath of painted flowers at the top. Size: 19 3/4 inches tall, and 10 inches wide at base. There is a small piece of her fan missing, but otherwise excellent.
