One of the drawings depicts the structure's exterior and entrance elevations, while the other depicts the pool interior and decoration elevations.

Overall good condition. Some surface wear visible on the frames. Expected minimal age wear visible on the drawings, but no major wear or restoration visible under blacklight. Drawings not examined out of frame. Please see photos.
