A pair of framed architectural plans titled, "An Artist's Summer Colony" and "A Church for a Summer Colony" in a layout mimicking the Beaux Arts School traditional style, however they feature American Federalist Era architecture. This is apparent specifically in the Church floor and perspective plans, which are symmetrically balanced without excess ornate decorations. The other drawing appears to be the artist's dream home & studio, featuring landscape, floor, and four elevation plans. Each drawing is signed "Hartshorne" in the bottom right corner with further text that is cut off by the matting, however it is not apparent if this is a well known architect or student.
Dimensions: each frame measures 26h x 21.5 inches
