A small, machine-made glass flask, proudly embossed on the front panel “THE PEERLESS / A. FUHRBERG / PROP. / ANAHEIM, CALIF.”. This rare piece reflects early 20th-century saloon advertising, tied to proprietor Andrew Fuhrberg, who operated the Peerless Saloon in Anaheim between 1906–1908. The flask’s straight-sided, narrow-shouldered design and compact form suggest it was intended for liquor service at the establishment. Dimensions: 6 in. tall This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $30.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing.
