Signed E.A. Burbank (American 1858-1949) "President H.S. Truman 1945" framed pencil drawing.  Signed and dated lower right corner and titled upper left.  Frame measures 15" tall by 11.75" wide.

This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $60.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition

Some paint loss to frame and foxing to paper.  Dust cover sheet on back is starting to separate from frame.  Please see pictures.

Consignor's grandmother was the caretaker of James Roosevelt (Franklin D. Roosevelt's older brother) and was gifted the portrait then it was passed down by family descent.
