Desire Grisard (French, b. 1872) Bronze Sculpture, Art Nouveau Lady Holding Mirror. A young woman leans slightly forward in order to support a framed mirror she holds behind her back. The mirror is of the Rococo-Revival style, and overall the bronze is of the art nouveau style, with art deco elements, stylistically what Grisard was known for.Signed ‘Desire’ on Bronze base.
