Art Nouveau Bronze Bust of Young Wiman Emerging From Stacked Books. Signed “Rene” verso. Cast bronze bust depicting a serene young woman with eyes closed and adorned with stylized hair ornaments. The figure rises from a base formed by two stacked books, the upper book decorated with a sculpted floral motif. The composition and flowing lines reflect strong Art Nouveau influence, with a restrained transition toward early Art Deco aesthetics.
