Very handsome and finely carved small oak wine cask complete with spigot, resting on its own wooden stand or cradle. The front of the cask is carved with an inscription in German, "Eslebe Der Weinbau," or Long Live Winemaking. The front is also carved with grape vines, grapes and an urn. There are two bungs on the top as well. The cask is an interesting shape, combining an oval with flats.
Size: 19 inches by 19 inches long by 14 inches wide.
Condition
The cask and stand are excellent, but we have no way to determine if it will hold liquid.
