Astley David Middleton Cooper (California/Missouri) is know for his Landscapes, Indian Life, and Still Life paintings. He lived in a San Jose, and leading a bohemian style life, often paid his bar bills with nude paintings.The charger appears to be made out of a type of heavy/sturdy paper mache.
