A framed and mounted lithograph distributed in the 1920s by The Knapp Co. featuring British artist Arthur Garratt's painting titled, "Alice Blue Gown." This piece is rumored to be of former President Teddy Roosevelt's daughter Alice Roosevelt Longworth, who was known as a spitfire personality in then's socialite community. The frame appears to be an original Art Deco style.
