Auction Description
Annex Auctions is transitioning from themed, holiday and discovery auctions into varied monthly “Treasures” auctions through our satellite consignment centers. These monthly auctions will reach into the underserved areas of the redwood empire, Central Valley, Sacramento and northern Nevada. Our consignor payouts will be faster and our clients will be offered the same curated property we’ve focused on since our founding: fine art, modern collectibles, jewelry, and precious metals in sizes that are affordable to ship, and as always all lots are offered without reserve.
This month’s Central Valley Treasures auction, presented by our Stockton / Modesto / Fresno Consignment Center, will go live Mar. 2nd at 1:00pm and remain open for bidding until 1:00pm on the 16th, in which the lots will begin to consecutively close. Upon completion, notices of winning bids will be sent out, later followed by an invoice. Pickup for Sacramento bidders will be available at the Annex Auctions Warehouse beginning Tuesday, March 18th at 10:00am. Please contact bwfogarty@gmail.com if you would like to arrange free delivery in Stanislaus County. For out of area clients, we will continue to offer transparent, affordable, hassle free shipments with discounts for multi-item purchases. Annex Auctions focuses on mid-range property estimated under $1,000. There is no surcharge for a credit card or aggregate sites - we are an old fashion Main Street business with the ease of modern technology.

Annex Auctions strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible, but strongly encourages in-person preview appointments by bidders. Condition statements are only for general guidance and should not be relied upon as complete statements of fact. They do not constitute a representation, warranty, or assumption of liability by Annex Auctions. All lots are sold “AS IS” under our Terms and Conditions (https://witherell.com/terms-and-conditions/). Processing and shipping details are located in the description of each lot. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
This auctions has a buyer’s premium of 25% with cash, check, money orders, or wire transfer accepted as methods of payment.
