Annex Auctions is transitioning from themed, holiday and discovery auctions into varied monthly “Treasures” auction through our satellite consignment centers. These monthly auctions will reach into the underserved areas of the redwood empire, Central Valley, Sacramento and northern Nevada. Our consignor payouts will be faster and our clients will be offered the same curated property we’ve focused on since our founding; fine art, modern collectibles, jewelry and precious metals in sizes that are affordable to ship and as always all lots are offered without reserve. Our satellite offices in Windsor, Oakdale and Gardnerville will be offering free pick up and our Sacramento facility will offer free pickup for every auction. For out of area clients we will continue to offer transparent, affordable, hassle free shipments with discounts for multi item purchases. Annexauctions focuses on mid range property estimated under $1,000. There is no surcharge for a credit card or aggregate sites. It’s an old fashion Main Street business with the ease of modern technology.

Annex Auctions strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible, but strongly encourages in-person preview appointments by bidders. Condition statements are only for general guidance and should not be relied upon as complete statements of fact. They do not constitute a representation, warranty, or assumption of liability by Annex Auctions. All lots are sold “AS IS” under our Terms and Conditions (https://witherell.com/terms-and-conditions/). Preview appointments can be scheduled by contacting us at (916)-642-5193 or hello@annexauctions.com from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Processing and shipping details are located in the description of each lot. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
This auctions has a buyer’s premium of 25% with cash, check, money orders, or wire transfer accepted as methods of payment.
