A handsome 20th century bowie knife by William Rodgers of Sheffield, with the words “Bowie Knife” etched on the blade. The ricasso is stamped William Rodgers Sheffield England. The knife has apparently rosewood grips and a German silver cross guard with brass rivets through the grips. The blade has two scallops along the back on one side, and an especially long clipped point. The sheath is brown leather with green dyed leather at the throat and the drag. The grips have oval dips in them for the finger.
