A signed Executive Mansion, Washington card with the autograph of President Grover Cleveland. Grover Cleveland was born in New Jersey in 1837, who served two terms as President, from 1885 to 1889, and from 1893 to 1897. He was a reformer, taking a stand against the Robber Barons of American Rail, and against political corruption throughout the Federal system. He was also largely responsible for the modernization of the US Navy that actually took the Navy from the remnants of its wooden fleet into an all steel fleet.
