Virginia Polytechnic Institute Sword belonging to Dr. Peter R. Kurzhals (1937-2024), he graduated from there in 1960. He was an aerospace engineer and executive at NASA at the height of the space race. He retired from NASA in the 1980s and became an exec at Boeing.
