Vintage HAR "Laughing Buddha" figurine brooch. The brooch is from around 1960. Features rhinestone accents and a faux ivory molded face along with a faux piece of jade. Unfortunately 1 piece of faux jade is missing from the bottom of his costume and one rhinestone is missing from his right shirt cuff. Brooch measures 2 1/2" tall.
