Two large and handsome American made hunting knives with stag grips, brass guards, and brown leather sheaths. The first knife is completely classic in design, with clearly hand made grips, guard, and blade. It has three large brass rivets through its hand carved stag grips. The guard is slightly drooping on both sides. The blade has a rough finish in the center, with bright polished edges, and an extremely sharp clipped point. It is in a slightly ill-fitting but b=very nice sheath of heavy brown leather with basket weave insets. Size: 14 3/4 inches long overall, with a 9 5/8 inch blade. A very nice TAS bowie knife, Idaho, 2010, in a brown leather sheath. The knife has a stag and stacked leather grip, a brass guard, light colored wooden pommel, and unmarked blade that is beautifully made. This may be by a known maker, but is not signed other than the TAS Idaho on the back of the sheath. Its quality is outstanding. Size: 15 inches long with a 9 1/2 inch blade.
