A very large and attractive Solingen made bowie knife by F. Herder Abr. Sohn, Solingen, with a wide brass guard & pommel, and interesting three piece stag grip. The blade is very long, with two narrow fullers, in a tan leather sheath. Size: 17 3/8 inches long, with a 12 1/4 inch blade. Very fine and handsome Hoffritz, Solingen, Germany bowie knife and sheath. It has "Original Bowie Knife" etched on the blade, a nicely shaped brass guard, aluminum pommel with a pebbled top, stag grips, and a tan leather sheath. Size: 12 1/4 inches long with a 7 1/4 inch blade.
