A framed acrylic on canvas portrait painting of a man in a straw hat gazing off to the right hand side by Brazilian artist Antonio Godoy (1903-1975). It is signed by the artist in the bottom left corner.

Condition
Overall good condition. There is a slight warp to the canvas that does not affect the integrity of the painting, but it noticeably had something pressing against the back of it. No other wear visible with the naked eye or under blacklight. Painting not examined out of frame. Please see photos.
