Framed Ransome Holdredge (1836-1899) oil on canvas painting, "Two Miners Camping in the Sierras". Signed lower left. The miners are seen on the left side of the canvas dwarfed by the towering Sierras. Holdredge was a popular 19th century artist in California and travelled extensively in the Sierras. He co founded the San Francisco Art Association as well as a member of the Bohemian Club.
