A Chinese cloisonne charger dish with a scalloped edge decorated in blue, white, and red colors with foo dogs circling the outer edge. On the underside of the dish, flowers are circling the outer edge of the dish There is also a metal seal inscription on the underside that dates its creation date in the Qing Dynasty.
