A pair of unframed architectural plans, including a perspective and an elevation, drawn in the traditional Beaux-Arts School style. These drawings differ from expected architectural plans due to their artistic and painterly quality that brings the structure to life on the page, versus simplified construction documents. The drawings do not have a noted title or name of location, however the students' names are noted on the backsides: "Collaborative / Team: Chartshorne, Kirkpatrick, Amore, Jorres."

Overall good condition. Minor wear visible across due to their age as well as pinholes in each corner, presumably from the students' presentation & critique. Please see photos.

The drawings are currently stored between foam boards as a flat file, however upon the auction closing, the winning client can request they be rolled for lower shipping costs (please contact shipping@annexauctions.com for further details).
