Fair. There is surface wear visible across the frame, including notable water damage that leaked underneath and affected the mat. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the watercolor along the bottom edge, but it was not viewed out of frame. No further wear or restoration was revealed under blacklight. Please see photos.
