Large pink ceramic bowl, oval, with ornate upper rim and gold decoration painted on. It is held by a very fancy bronze, or possibly bronzed spelter stand with cut outs allowing the pink bowl to show through. There is a winged putti on the front feeding a bird over a cameo shaped shield. The metal was gilded originally. Size: 11 1/4 inches tall and 19 inches wide and 9 inches across. Very good, but the gilding is almost entirely gone, and one piece of the stand is slightly loose. There is a repaired crack in the ceramic behind the putti.
