An unframed, but matted linen-backed silver print titled, "38th Street, Under the El," by early 20th-century artist H.F. Dutcher. There is no visible signature by the artist on the front or back of the photograph, as well as the mat. The date is noted on the backside along the bottom edge, however it is unknown if this is the artist's handwriting.

Overall good condition. There are liquid stains visible on the front and backside of the mat, however there is no damage to the silver print. Please see photos.
