It signed by the artist in pencil below the image's bottom right corner. The edition and title are also written in pencil along the image's bottom edge. It includes provenance and a certificate of authenticity, also signed by the artist.

Overall good condition. It was stored in a proper flat file, so there is only minor creasing visible to the corners. There are some stain spots around bottom border, but they are not visible on the image itself. No further wear or restoration revealed under blacklight. Please see photos.
