A very fine condition German World War I Model 1917 steel helmet. It has its original green paint, but is lacking its liner. The inside is marked, and a name is faintly visible at the inside rear of the helmet. It does retain the metal strap around the inside of the helmet for holding the liner. Size: 7 inches tall, 12 inches long, and 9 1/4 inches wide. Processing and shipping in the Continental United States is $45.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Very good plus condition.
