German Violin made in the state of Saxony circa 1850-1880. Violin features a handwritten label on inside which is in German. Below that label is another label which reads, "Repaired by Joseph Collingwood, Ottumwa, Iowa 1905." Visible through the other F hole is a label which reads, "Creutz Drug Co. Lennox and Grevillea Streets, Tel. Ing. 1367-W Inglewood, Cal." Top plate is made of Spruce while back and side ribs are made of Maple. Back plate measures 13.5" long and whole instrument is 23" in length. Violin comes with a bow featuring mother of pearl inlays and a hard shell case.Processing and shipping within the Continental US $75.
