A very large Japanese ceramic vase, handsomely decorated with scenes of fisher folk among reeds, with large bands of blue floral decoration at top and bottom. The base has a Japanese character on it. This was probably acquired by General McAuliffe when he was stationed in Japan. Provenance: Estate of General Anthony McAuliffe. Size: 24 inches tall by 20 inches wide.
