One of Friz Freleng's more iconic Animated Cel's with Tweety Bird's catch phrase written on the Cel. This is an authentic Hand-Signed Warner Bros. Friz Freleng Cel. The Fantasy Art Gallery affixed label verso incorrectly identifies it as the "Out on a Limb" Cel. It's correct title is "I Tawt I Taw a Putty Tat!" Hand Signed by Freleng and Hand Numbered 98/100.
