A framed acrylic on canvas landscape painting titled, "Lone Cypress - Monterey." It was completed in December of 1990 and the artist's name is written on the backside, however the surname is hard to make out and no matches could be found online.

Overall good condition. Some surface wear visible across the frame. No wear or restoration visible across the painting with the naked eye or under blacklight. Please see photos.
