A very interesting and unusual Marble's fish knife with a highly curved broad blade, probably for gutting fish, with a wooden handle with an oval inset plaque with a fish, probably a bass, engraved on one side. The knife blade is stamped on the length of the blade, "MARBLE'S MFG. Gladstone, MICH U.S.A." It is in a fitted leather sheath that is stamped KA-BAR!. Size: 7 5/8 inches long overall, with a 3 1/2 inch blade. A similar knife, but appearing to be earlier, with a shorter blade and slightly different markings, with the M.S.A. Mfg.
