A lot consisting of four unframed pulp art style paintings all featuring imagery of the old west, including:
- Unsigned painting on cardboard of a cowboy shooting inside a bar. On the back side is written, "Singing Scorpions / Dom Lupo" however no information matches came up during research. (17.5 x 13.5 inches)
- Unsigned painting on cardboard of a cowboy brawl. (18 x 13.75 inches)
- Unsigned painting on cardboard of a cowboy shooting his pistol with a hanged man behind him. (19.5 x 13.5 inches)
- A damsel in distress painting on board that is signed "Cas," however no information matches came up during research. (24 x 18 inches)
This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $85.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Condition
Fair. Each painting shows wear around the edges that reflect they were all once framed, but then removed. As a result each painting is dirty. The damsel in distress painting has paint loss spots across. Please see photos.
