Late 19th century carved wood folk art Satyr/Fawn (note the curled ram horns, elf-like ears, tail, and clawed fingers). Gold lettered ‘Reserved’ sign on base was used as a place holder/reservation marker, in a saloon, gambling hall, or poker room. High level of craftsmanship on this folk art piece signals late 19th century skill level.
