A bronze elephant sculpture mounted on a wood base by American artist Douglas Van Howd (b. 1935). The elephant is depicted walking on a slight incline, raising one of their front and one of their hind feet, with their horn and tusks blowing up to the sky. It is signed on the backside along the bottom, "Van Howd 131/150."

Condition
Overall good condition. Little surface wear visible across and it is mounted sturdy on the base. However there is a crack in the tail. Please see photos.
