Makers of Umbrella Cases, Cloak Racks…Cincinnati, USA” (Some Label Loss)Circa 1904-1920. Oscar Onken (1858-1948). An American businessman. He was influenced by the Gustav Stickley display at the St. Louis Expo in 1904 and then shortly thereafter founded his ‘Shop of the Crafts’ in St. Louis of the same year.Modern light strip has been added to inside upper area of case in order to illuminate cane/umbrella tops. Plug extends via cord from bottom of case.
