Fine bronze sculpture by August Moreau titled "Les Temps du Roses," (The Tome of Roses) depicting a beautiful young woman dancing, holding a sprig of roses in her upraised hand. She has masses of hair trailing down her back. She is signed "Aug. Moreau," and has a gilt brass tag with the name of the piece and the artist's name on the wooden base. Size: 36 inches tall and 13 inches wide, with a wooden base that adds 4 inches, so 40 inches overall. The woman's hair has a small piece that is broken off but present. Otherwise she is very good plus.
