A framed and matted lithograph titled "Suckers State I" attributed to American artist Wayne Thiebaud. There is no visible signature on the frontside nor any printmaker's marks. The text written on the mat is not the artist's handwriting. 

The original is in the National Gallery of Art's permanent collection.
