A framed antiphonal leaf featuring a Gregorian chant. It features traditional square notation on a four-line staff, which is common in medieval and renaissance music. It is also double-sided, however the frame job prevents the other side from being visible without unframing it.

 

Dimensions: (leaf, sight) 17 x 26 inches, (frame) 23.25 x 32.25 inches

 

This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $140.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.

Condition

Fair/Good. Expected age wear and cockling visible on the leaf. The frame shows little wear across. Leaf not examined out of frame. Please see photos.
