Silver grade anti partisan badge. The guys that got this badge were the worst of the worst, real perpetrators of immense atrocities in eastern Europe. As such, not too many of these survived the war. A very rare piece indeed. Includes a certificate of authenticity from Bill Shea of the Ruptured Duck, a highly respected 3rd reich dealer.
