Alik Cavaliere (Italian, 1926-1998) The Money-Box from Toys by Artists, 1972

Cavaliere was an Italian sculptor, educator, and influential post-war artist. He studied and then became chair of sculpture at the Accademia di Brera. His artistic language explored nature, transformation, freedom, and human existence through diverse materials.
