Guillemette de Sarrebruck (c. 1490-1571) was a French court official. She served as the Governess of the Children of France and was also well known historically for being the Premiere dame d'honneur to Mary Stuart of France. Her original portrait drawing by Jean Clouet was completed in 1537 and is housed at the Musee Conde inside the Chateau de Chantilly in Chantilly, France.
This version of the Jean Clouet drawing is likely a 19th century limited edition print of the Clouet drawing. It has a penciled limitation verso, '44/200.' In 1875 Lord Ronald Gower published 'Three Hundred Portraits,' which featured lithographed reproductions of Francois Clouet. It is possible that this print is from that volume; however, this print is on a finer heavier paper and is made up of at least two colors. The pages in the Lord Ronald Gower volume were one color only.
Deepening the mystery: there is an exact version of this print available in the online public sphere. The same fleur-de-lis lower right, title upper center, and same chained style paper.
Dimensions: 9 1/4" x 6 3/8"

The appraiser on that day used the information on the frame verso which states that the print was an original drawing. They had not taken the print out of the frame for examination. 'If authenticated' they noted, they appraised it as a potential original drawing for $5,000.
