A medium sized oil painting on board of a lady, circa 1840, with dog. It is in an older gilt frame. No visible signature, but the frame does cover part of the painting's edges.
Size: 20 inches high by 16 inches wide.
The frame is excellent. The painting is very dark, and has some minor scratches.
