The contract is also slightly off axis, signifying it as a possible xerox copy. The original 1930’s copies had red color on the large “Mickey Mouse” lettering. The signature by Paul J. Fennel bottom left appears to be a real signature. The Walt Disney signature is part of the copy, and is printed. Please see photos.
